Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Update customer/order data in Excel/sheets daily
  • Call customers on undelivered orders to prevent RTO; coordinate courier pickup if needed
  • Handle cancelled orders — rebook and update customer
  • Manage replacements end-to-end till delivered
  • Resolve all WhatsApp customer queries
  • Coordinate with courier vendors on stuck orders
  • Send shift-end report
