Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product presentations and live demos for customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Manage the complete customer onboarding process from sign-up to successful platform adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to communicate customer requirements and provide updates.
  • Engage professionally with senior stakeholders, executives, and business partners.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, onboarding progress, and communication logs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to explain complex products in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Willingness to work 5:00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
