Responsibilities:

Customer Support Executive will handle customer calls, WhatsApp queries, service complaints and follow-ups for Gold Dust Gardening.
The role includes coordinating with maalis, experts and operations team to ensure smooth visit scheduling and timely issue resolution.
The person should maintain customer records, update service status, collect feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
Good communication skills, patience, ownership and basic computer/app handling ability are required.
