Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering inbound customer calls
  • Processing customer orders
  • Managing enquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Preparing invoices
  • Providing exceptional customer service every step of the way

We’d love to meet you if you have experience in:

  • Customer Service
  • Contact Centre
  • Administration
  • MYOB or Accounts Administration
  • Trade or Construction industries (highly regarded)
  • Retail or Hospitality
  • Microsoft Office and general computer systems

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable (this is non-negotiable!)
  • Has an excellent phone manner and communicates with confidence
  • Is well-presented and professional
  • Can work full-time in the office
  • Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
  • Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
