What you’ll be doing:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Processing customer orders
- Managing enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Preparing invoices
- Providing exceptional customer service every step of the way
We’d love to meet you if you have experience in:
- Customer Service
- Contact Centre
- Administration
- MYOB or Accounts Administration
- Trade or Construction industries (highly regarded)
- Retail or Hospitality
- Microsoft Office and general computer systems
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable (this is non-negotiable!)
- Has an excellent phone manner and communicates with confidence
- Is well-presented and professional
- Can work full-time in the office
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
