Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide accurate information about our foreign language courses, schedules, and admission process.
- Guide prospective students and resolve their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain records of inquiries and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team when necessary.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain a positive student experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass (pursuing graduation preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.
- Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
