What You’ll Do
- Be the dependable first point of contact, confidently answering inbound calls and emails
- Process the order queue efficiently, accurately and within expected timeframes
- Keep CRM records immaculate, complete and up to date
- Support the HQ team with administration, reporting and day-to-day coordination
- Take ownership of enquiries and follow through until they are resolved
- Respond to challenges with resilience, initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Stay organised and focused while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
