Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and WhatsApp
3. Use MS Excel to analyze customer data and track progress towards financial goals.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products.
5. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by implementing feedback and suggestions from clients.
7. Handle the general and life insurance quotes and coordinate with the client during policy issuance.
8. Manage Portfolio: Cultivate a deep relationship with an assigned book of clients.
