Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, advertisements, and marketing assets
- Create visual concepts that align with client branding and campaign objectives
- Develop branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Design landing pages, website graphics, and UI elements when required
- Create creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and client projects
- Work closely with content, SEO, and strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Adapt designs across multiple industries and brand styles
- Maintain consistency in typography, color usage, layouts, and visual identity
- Prepare final files for digital publishing and marketing use
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple revisions and projects simultaneously
- Use AI-assisted design tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and creative workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience creating designs for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual assets
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Experience working with multiple clients or brands is preferred
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
