Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and digital creatives.
  • Create UI/UX designs, wireframes, layouts, product screens, and user-friendly visual flows.
  • Work on video editing, reels, short-form videos, motion graphics, and basic animations.
  • Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and visual assets for product, marketing, and learning content.
  • Understand content/design requirements from teams, users, and stakeholders and convert them into effective visuals.
  • Communicate with users or internal teams, collect feedback, analyze it, and improve designs accordingly.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs, platforms, campaigns, and product materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and development teams to support design requirements.
  • Manage design files, assets, templates, and documentation in an organized way.

Required Skills

  • Strong graphic design and visual design skills.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to create banners, videos, illustrations, presentations, product visuals, and marketing creatives.
  • Good communication skills to understand requirements, present ideas, and take feedback.
  • Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, reels, product explainer videos, and social media content design.
  • Basic understanding of product design, app/web interfaces, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create design systems, reusable templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Interest in AI tools for design, content creation, video editing, and productivity will be a plus.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to complete work on timelines.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, design trends, and product requirements.
  • Ability to think from both user and brand perspective.
