Job Description
Responsibilities
• Research viral trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Analyze competitors and identify winning ad creatives
• Develop weekly and monthly content strategies
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs for video content
• Plan UGC content that converts viewers into customers
• Coordinate with video editors, creators, and the Meta Ads team
• Review content performance and continuously improve creative strategies
• Maintain a library of winning ad examples and content inspiration
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or UGC marketing
• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of short-form video content
• Excellent research and storytelling skills
• Ability to think creatively while making data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
