Content & Creative Specialist

Job Description

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of creative production across multiple brands, producing compelling content and marketing assets that support integrated campaigns.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution while managing multiple projects within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing content across email, website, digital advertising and social media
• Designing creative assets for digital and print marketing campaigns
• Supporting brand development, logos and creative templates
• Assisting with basic video and motion content
• Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Preparing assets for deployment across marketing platforms
• Managing creative libraries and marketing resources
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time

About You:
The successful candidate will bring experience across content creation, design and marketing production, with the ability to create engaging marketing assets across multiple channels.

Experience across the following environments will be highly regarded:

• Multi-site or multi-brand businesses
• Consumer, retail, healthcare or service industries
• In-house marketing teams or creative agencies

Key capabilities and attributes will include:

• Experience producing creative content across digital and print channels
• Strong copywriting skills across web, email and advertising
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software
• Experience creating static and basic video content
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for quality
