Community Engagement Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating original forum posts across designated online forums and community platforms.
• Writing thoughtful, relevant comments and replies to existing discussions.
• Actively participating in conversations within online communities naturally and authentically.
• Building positive interactions with community members.
• Sharing assigned discussion topics or client-related content when instructed by the company.
• Following company guidelines while maintaining high-quality engagement.

Weekly Performance Expectations

To ensure consistent community engagement, you’ll be expected to:

• Publish a minimum of 10 original forum posts each week.
• Publish a minimum of 50 comments or replies each week.
• Log in and perform activities across at least two (2) separate days each week.

As long as these weekly targets are achieved, you’re free to work whenever it suits you.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to write naturally and engage in meaningful discussions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to consistently meet weekly activity targets.
• Familiarity with online forums, such as Reddit, community platforms, or similar online communities is a plus.
