This Entry-Level Cloud Support Engineer. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues in cloud-based systems, providing support to ensure optimal system performance, and assisting with network and server maintenance. Responsibilities also include monitoring network security, performing basic system administration tasks, and responding promptly to technical queries from internal teams or clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and experience with technical problem-solving methods
• Basic knowledge of Technical Support processes and client interaction
• Understanding of System Administration and ability to perform routine system maintenance
• Familiarity with Networking and Network Security fundamentals
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
