As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of development of the solutions.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline as well as operational metrics.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new services sought.
- Secure new customer wins for a cloud: maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
- Develop knowledge of the cloudās offerings and leverage all training resources.
- Provide technical product overview, offerings and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Conduct group and one-on-one training across the centre on subjects of expertise.
- Present cloud value propositions that align with customerās business objectives and IT initiatives.
- Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposals of developments of the solutions.
- Increase technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency inĀ DutchĀ Language,Ā C1Ā level or Higher.
- Fluency inĀ EnglishĀ Language,Ā B2Ā level or Higher.
- Bachelorās degree required, Masterās degree preferred, preferably inĀ computer science, mathematics or engineering.
- Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emergingĀ computingĀ trends.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutionsĀ to technical and non-technical audiences and to connectĀ technological solutionsĀ with measurable business value.
- MinĀ 3+ yearsĀ of technology-relatedĀ salesĀ or business development experience.
- Understanding ofĀ cloudĀ deploymentĀ and adoptionĀ planning.
- Initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.
- Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technicalĀ architectureĀ forĀ productivityĀ and communications solutions is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutionsĀ preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Experience in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus.
