Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy, operational design and technology roadmap for NCap Fintech.
• Evaluate, customise or integrate ready international trading platforms, fintech systems and settlement infrastructure.
• Design end-to-end investor journeys from onboarding, suitability screening, subscription, allocation, settlement, reporting and exit.
• Build API connectivity across banks, trustees, custodians, payment providers, trading platforms, securities platforms, forex platforms and blockchain infrastructure.
• Coordinate digital trustee, third-party fund flow and investor settlement integration.
• Support real-time fund tracking, transaction reconciliation, investor ledger management and reporting dashboards.
• Establish internal operating procedures, risk controls, platform governance and compliance documentation.
• Work with legal, compliance, technology vendors, regulated platforms, trustees, banks and professional advisers.
• Support submission, licensing, platform review and relevant regulatory compliance processes where applicable.
• Lead internal and external teams across product, engineering, operations, compliance, cybersecurity and vendor management.
