Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional B2B growth strategies across South India.
  • Build and manage relationships with education agents, institutions, and business partners.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across Kerala and neighbouring South Indian states.
  • Expand and strengthen the active education agent network.
  • Support student recruitment initiatives through strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare regular business development and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development within the international education sector.
  • Strong network and experience working with education agents and institutional partners across South India.
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India as required.
