Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new private and public-sector business to meet revenue objectives.
  • Government Focus: Act as the lead consultant for government bodies, expanding our footprint through tailored professional service offerings.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
  • Solution Selling: Break down complex service offerings into clear value propositions for senior decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to closing.

About You

You are a commercially savvy relationship builder who thrives on influencing and persuading at a strategic level.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of success in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Education: Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact presentations and public speaking.
  • Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong alignment to business objectives
  • Logistics: Must hold a current Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel interstate as required.
