responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming enquiries (calls/WhatsApp/emails) and provide accurate course information.
2. Counsel students and parents to recommend suitable schools.
3. Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
4. Maintain and update lead records in CRM.
5. Assist with admission formalities, documentation, and fee payments.
6. Follow up with potential students to ensure timely enrollment.
