Job Description

Responsibilities:

2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from The Skillians’ course offerings.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
5. Training & Development: Complete the mandatory 4-day training program before independently handling responsibilities.
6. Adherence to Policies: Maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold ethical standards in all sales activities.
