Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and workflows to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor business health and forecast trends.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Must-Have: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
• Must-Have: Experience in developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Preferred: Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and a background in IT or digital transformation environments.
• Preferred: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
