Job Description
Responsibilities
- Project lead & network management for new launches (NPDs / SKUs/ Variants), packaging changes, etc basis market opportunity or requirements along with artwork support
- Independently lead planning & execution of Trade Marketing initiatives for the region
- Maintaining trade marketing budgets of the business & brands country wise
- Drive the demand generation initiatives for various brands across markets
- Deploy the media campaigns across various markets along with right creative asset readiness and reporting to optimize for the future
- Partner with cross functional teams to help design & activate sampling, consumer activation, etc
- Work with agencies and vendors within & outside India for adapting communication assets, POSM, activations, etc
- Manage data from multiple sources to help team identify trends, growth opportunities, etc
- Frugality & quality spends & high on execution, efficiency & efforts
Education
- Postgraduate in Management (Marketing) from recognized, reputable institute
Experience
- Experience in FMCG is a must
- MT & GT Standalone business understanding
- International marketing experience preferred
- E-commerce understanding preferred
