About our Team

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. ERP will standardise and integrate critical functions needed into a single SAP platform delivering a major capability uplift for Defence. The ERP Support Organisation (ESO) with Defence Digital Group (DDG) is responsible for the coordination of ERP sustainment services across legacy applications and SAP capabilities.

ESO adopts the DDG Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework for end-to-end ICT service integration and delivers integrated governance, operating model, processes and structure in support of the ERP Operating Model.

The HR, Payroll, and Case Systems (HRPCS) Directorate focuses on continuous improvement and sustainment of HR applications to support military and civilian personnel. This is achieved by promoting stronger influence, providing support across stakeholder groups in an integrated learning environment, and engaging in long-term sustainment strategies, with a focus on supporting and enabling the war fighter. Our goals are also aligned with the strategic goals of the ERP program in managing HR-related applications within the Defence Protected Network (DPN) and Defence Secret Network (DSN) to enhance workforce effectiveness.
