Assistant Development Manager

Job Description

The Opportunity As the Assistant Development Manager, you will:

• Coordinate residential development projects from acquisition through to construction.
• Liaise with developers, builders, consultants and key stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, reporting and construction tenders.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks and assist in delivering practical solutions.

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in property development, construction, project coordination or a related industry.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-focused, accountable and willing to take ownership.
