Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms
• Design and implement prototypes to test new models, architectures, and approaches
• Translate research concepts into deployable engineering solutions
• Experiment with large datasets and evaluate model performance
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams
• Stay up to date with the latest academic research and industry advancements
• Document findings, methodologies, and experimental results

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills in Python (and/or C++), with experience using ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid foundation in machine learning, statistics, and optimisation techniques
• Experience implementing and evaluating novel models or algorithms
• Ability to read, understand, and apply academic research papers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
