After-Sales Operations Associate – Fresher

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Receive defective products from customers and maintain accurate service records.
2. Coordinate with manufacturing and technical teams for product inspection and repairs.
3. Track product status from receipt through repair and final dispatch.
4. Verify repaired products before coordinating their delivery to customers or the corporate office.
5. Maintain inventory records for products received, repaired, and dispatched.
6. Ensure timely movement of products between the plant, office, and customers.
7. Update service reports, warranty records, and internal documentation.
8. Coordinate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.

2. 0–1 years of experience in after-sales, logistics, warehouse, or operations.

3. Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and record management.

5. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
