Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain and interpret financial reporting using accounting tools and software.
• Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Handle accruals, financial close, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and governance practices.
• Analyze financial data and provide business insights for decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, charts, presentations, and management reports.
• Lead month-end close activities and periodic financial processes.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support financial policies.
• Manage and mentor finance team members while ensuring operational excellence

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Team Handling Experience: 3 to 4 Years Mandatory
• Experience: 10 to 12 Years (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of financial systems, automation tools, and data flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
