Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for US real estate portfolios.
• Handle Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Work with accounting platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, and SAP (training on Yardi will be provided if required).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified CA (ICAI) or CPA (Active certification required).
• 3+ years of experience in US Accounting/Fund Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Prior exposure to US Real Estate Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Real Estate Finance.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Candidates with US real estate exposure but limited property accounting experience are encouraged to applywe provide structured Property Accounting and Yardi training.
