Job Description
Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Prepare financial reports including:
profit & loss statements
balance sheets
expense reports
cash flow reports
Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Assist during audits and financial reviews.
Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain proper records of event inventory, equipment, accessories, and consumables.
Conduct regular inventory audits and physical stock verification.
Track movement of machines, printers, props, cables, cartridges, print papers, and event materials.
Monitor inventory shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
Coordinate with operations teams for inventory issuance and returns.
Maintain inventory reports and update stock trackers regularly.
Ensure proper documentation and accountability for company assets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in:
Excel / Google Sheets
accounting software
Tally or similar tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in events, hospitality, production, or service-based industries is a plus.
Understanding of inventory and asset tracking systems.
Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
