Accountant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
2. Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payments.
3. Maintain and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
4. Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
6. Verify expense claims and process reimbursements.
7. Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.
8. Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
9. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record keeping.
