Job Description

Responsibiliti

• esManage and grow relationships with existing SI client
• s.Develop and maintain strong connections with client POCs, hiring managers, and decision-maker
• s.Generate new business opportunities within assigned account
• s.Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timeline
• s.Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and strengthen business relationship
• s.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality servic
• e.Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions when require
• d.Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue target
• s.Prepare account reports, business forecasts, and pipeline updates for managemen

Required Skills & Experie

• nce3–8+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the US Staffing indust
• ry.Mandatory experience handling SI clients such as Tech Mahindra (TechM), Virtusa, Wipro, OR
• TCSStrong network of client POCs and hiring manage
• rs.Demonstrated ability to generate business and expand existing accoun
• ts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skil
• ls.Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting and delivery tea
• ms.Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and client management process
