Account Manager 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain synergetic relationships with key customers
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our key customer’s businesses
• Accountable for meeting and exceeding key objectives
• Identify Growth Opportunities and new sales channels
• Develop and implement joint business plans with our customers
• Implement change through Data Analysis
• Develop and implement promotional strategies through the effective use of trade spend
• Create new Products through collaboration with our customers and development team

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of achieving growth
• Working with Woolworth and /or Coles is a must.
• Building business plans collaboratively with customers to achieve desired outcomes for both parties
• Relentless in achieving set targets
• Thrive on the closure of a deal and have a mindset of over delivering
• An ability to lead our internal teams to implement customer and strategic plans
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, Can-Do environment
• A desire to progress your career into senior management
