Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
- Drive portfolio development by acting as a trusted advisor to the customer, aligning services with evolving client requirements and Brink’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives aligned with regional and group strategy.
Operational Excellence
- Act as a primary liaison with SEB Bank for operational matters, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and service levels are consistently met.
- Drive efficiency of the network in line with the AMS contract, incl. ATM relocation planning & execution in cooperation with local teams.
- Act as a project manager for initiatives within the scope of AMS account.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors providing services within the AMS scope. Define procurement requirements and, in cooperation with a procurement team, ensure selection of vendors and subcontractors. (e.g., CIT, FLM, SLM, telecom, peripherals, acquiring sponsors)
- Invoice management and controls for the account.
Performance Metrics & Accountability
- Be responsible for budget development and monitor performance against the plan.
- Prepare and conduct reporting in line with AMS account requirements to the customer, central banks, internal stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, service delivery and vendors.
- Work with internal teams to conduct market research and analysis to support business cases and new and innovative propositions.
- Manage branding and marketing activities related to AMS, ensuring optimal use of available resources.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Global AMS team, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in the ATM, cash management, banking, or financial services industry.
- Strong background in account management and commercial negotiations.
- Strong project management experience handling complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to contribute to and drive organizational growth.
