Key responsibilities
- Develop high-quality relationships with customers and facilitate sustainable account growth.
- Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning and the features and benefits of brands.
- Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
- Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans.
- Provide feedback to National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence and market activity.
The ideal candidate will have
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a FMCG company.
- Wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential as you will get on the job training.
- The ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering quality outcomes. Be a highly organised, motivated, and adaptive individual.
