Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of onboarding new clients and guiding them through Nasdaq’s services, processes, and expectations
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for listed companies and market participants, ensuring high-quality day-to-day support
  • Advise clients on regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, and best practices related to investor relations
  • Support companies through different stages of the listing lifecycle
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements and development of capital market offerings in the Baltics, including new products and regulatory updates
  • Support commercial activities in collaboration with colleagues across the region
  • Manage administrative responsibilities such as invoicing and client data updates

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
  • A client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Experience in client services, account management, financial institutions, or capital markets is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities at once
  • An interest in financial markets and the regulatory environment
  • Ability to interpret and work with policies, regulations, or legal documentation is a plus
