Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of onboarding new clients and guiding them through Nasdaq’s services, processes, and expectations
- Act as a trusted point of contact for listed companies and market participants, ensuring high-quality day-to-day support
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, and best practices related to investor relations
- Support companies through different stages of the listing lifecycle
- Contribute to ongoing improvements and development of capital market offerings in the Baltics, including new products and regulatory updates
- Support commercial activities in collaboration with colleagues across the region
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as invoicing and client data updates
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
- A client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Experience in client services, account management, financial institutions, or capital markets is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities at once
- An interest in financial markets and the regulatory environment
- Ability to interpret and work with policies, regulations, or legal documentation is a plus
