Your new role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end financial management of the business, including:
Overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting as well as day-to-day AP, AR and Payroll
Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements
Providing commercial insights to support business strategy and growth
Improving financial controls, systems and processes
Managing external relationships, including auditors and advisors

What you’ll need to succeed

CA or CPA qualification
Proven experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
High level of commercial acumen and business partnering skills
An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in a privately owned business
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and get involved in everything from start to finish
