Job Description
The opportunity
You will take ownership of a portfolio of relationships with chairs, CEOs, directors and company secretaries. Your role will be to understand what each client is trying to achieve, what pressures are shaping the organisation and how BoardOutlook can help the board perform more effectively.
That requires more than knowing the platform well.
You will need to ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and understand what matters beyond the immediate governance process. You will help clients interpret their results and translate those insights into practical action. You will also introduce them to other parts of the BoardOutlook toolkit where there is a genuine opportunity to create more value.
The commercial side of the role is important. You will be expected to grow accounts and help generate referrals.
However, this is not about forcing a sales conversation into every interaction. It is about building enough trust and delivering enough value that clients want to deepen the relationship and feel confident introducing BoardOutlook to their peers. What you will be doing

- Owning a portfolio of senior client relationships
- Building trusted relationships with chairs, CEOs, directors and company secretaries

- Bringing client insight back into the business
- Contributing to how BoardOutlook’s products and services evolve
