Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Contact prospective customers and understand their learning requirements.
2. Explain Skillians Academy’s courses and recommend suitable programs.
3. Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining ethical sales practices.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
7. Complete the mandatory training before independently handling clients
