Human Data Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and implement data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets.

Lead and mentor a team of human annotators, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements for AI model training and evaluation.

Monitor data annotation workflows for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with client-specific standards.

Contribute to the development of data quality assessment frameworks and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in managing large-scale data annotation projects with a focus on AI/ML training datasets.

Proficiency in data validation techniques and quality control processes for structured and unstructured data.

Strong leadership skills to guide annotator teams and optimize workflow performance.

Familiarity with annotation tools such as Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar platforms.

Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into clear annotation instructions
