The Role

This is a hands-on design role with real ownership over how our stores look, feel and perform. You’ll take ideas from concept through to live, polished pages, and you’ll be the voice on what a great-looking, high-converting storefront should be.

You won’t be working in isolation. You’ll partner closely every day with our SEO Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Designers and Videographer — a genuinely collaborative team where good ideas get built quickly.What you’ll do

• Design, build and maintain our four Shopify websites (USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand)
• Create and customise Shopify themes, landing pages and product pages that look beautiful and convert
• Design clean, on-brand page layouts with a strong sense of flow, hierarchy and detail
• Produce simple supporting graphics and web assets to bring pages and campaigns to life
• Work alongside the SEO and Marketing Managers to bring campaigns to life on-site
• Collaborate with our Product Designers and Videographer to showcase products at their best
• Keep all four sites fast, consistent, on-brand and up to date

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ hands-on Shopify experience — theme customisation, page building and store management
• A strong design eye — you can show a portfolio that demonstrates a great visual sense and the ability to align design to a brand
• UI/UX and conversion — you understand how layout, flow and hierarchy turn browsers into buyers, and you design with the customer journey in mind
• A basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — enough to resize, retouch and prepare web-ready graphics and simple assets
• A good eye for detail and genuine pride in shipping polished, professional work
• Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities across different markets and time zones
• A collaborative, can-do attitude that suits a small, tight team
