Web Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Web Designer to join our team and help deliver innovative, user-focused digital experiences for our clients.

Key Duties

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites that meet client and business requirements.
• Create website layouts, user interfaces, graphics, and other digital assets to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with clients and developers to translate concepts into functional web designs.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing websites to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Test websites across multiple browsers and devices and resolve design or usability issues.
• Apply current web design, accessibility, UX/UI, and SEO best practices throughout projects.
• Monitor emerging web design trends and recommend improvements to enhance digital solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in web design or a closely related role.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design, accessibility standards, and SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
