Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll get to design meaningful digital experiences across websites, internal systems, microsites, gamification platforms, and interactive products that solve real business and user problems.
  • You’ll get to develop strong product thinking by translating requirements into well-structured user journeys, design systems, interaction patterns, prototypes, and design documentation that support scalable development.
  • You’ll get to work alongside stakeholders, DevOps, and development teams in a collaborative environment where ideas, experimentation, research, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • You’ll analyse business and functional requirements to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
  • You’ll research design approaches, UX methodologies, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and emerging digital experience trends.
  • You’ll create user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • You’ll design experiences across websites, web applications, internal systems, dashboards, microsites, campaign sites, gamified experiences, and other digital products.
  • You’ll build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, design documentation, and interaction guidelines.
  • You’ll conduct usability evaluations and iterate designs based on findings, feedback, and business objectives.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, DevOps, and development teams to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and delivered with quality.
  • You’ll stay updated with evolving UI/UX practices, technologies, design tools, and industry trends.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Required: Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Xd or other web design applications
  • Required: Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae)
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role (We highly recommend sharing a portfolio of your past projects with us)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • A real knack for making things look good and a dedication to getting all the little details just right.
  • Having a good grasp of animation principles and being able to apply in prototype definitely a plus point.
  • Curious. You’ve got an insatiable wonder for all things creative and technology and where the two merge.
