We are looking for a self-starting, mature and versatile UX/UI Designer to help us on a client-side project. The ideal candidate needs to be skilled across typical UX/UI activities.Key responsibilites

• Feature prioritisation
• Business requirements gathering
• User personas
• User flows
• Low-fidelity ideation
• Wireframing
• Interactive prototypes
• Hi-fidelity designs using a design system
• Contributing to the design system
• Contributing to formal Design Reviews
• Showcasing your work regularly to stakeholders
• Giving clearly articulated UX/UI advice to the tech delivery team

Prerequisites

• Self starting
• Highly organised
• Have worked in an agile team
• Clear and concise articulation
• Champion for voice of the user
• UX/UI mastery
• Figma / Sketch
• Working in an agile delivery team
• Have worked in finance (bonus points)
