Responsibilities

• Drive design strategy from discovery through delivery, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing
• Conduct user research to understand behaviors and translate findings into compelling design solutions
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to bring user-centered concepts to life
• Champion design excellence and mentor team members to elevate craft across the organization

• User Interface Prototyping — advanced level; building high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders
• Usability Testing — advanced level; planning and facilitating tests to identify friction points and opportunities
• Accessibility Standards — advanced level; ensuring designs meet WCAG guidelines and serve all users
• Information Architecture — advanced level; structuring content and navigation for clarity and findability
• User Journey Mapping — advanced level; visualizing end-to-end experiences to identify pain points and moments of delight
