Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description

The Job:

As the Assistant Brand Manager , you’ll get to:

• Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing brand and communication strategies across the ANZ region.
• Help shape strategic and tactical growth plans that strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and market performance.
• Support the planning and execution of high-impact promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Develop and maintain brand assets and materials, including catalogues, digital brochures, websites, point-of-sale materials, and branded merchandise.
• Coordinate omnichannel media activity across digital, social, web, PR, print, radio, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a rolling 12-month calendar of brand activations and campaigns.
• Partner with Product, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Training teams to ensure consistent and effective brand execution.
• Support agency management, including briefing, coordination, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Assist with brand presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and internal and external events.

• Experience in brand, product, or channel marketing, ideally within a consumer, industrial, or technology-led environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, launches, and priorities at once.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer, category, and market dynamics.
• The ability and desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environm
