Job Description

As a Brand Senior Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will be a pivotal leader in defining and executing the “Who, What, and How” strategies for your assigned brand portfolio. You will be responsible for developing overall initiative master plans, crafting compelling brand architectures, and ensuring these strategies effectively deliver on their designated portfolio roles. This role requires strong strategic insight, a collaborative spirit, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to integrate input from various stakeholders, ultimately driving the success of our brands within the Regional HQ location. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the overarching “Who, What, How” strategies and plans for the assigned brand portfolio. 
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive initiative master plans, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs. 
  • Design and evolve brand architecture and strategies required to fulfill the specific portfolio role of each brand. 
  • Ensure that all brand plans are robust and sufficient, actively integrating “Fit For Use” input from Sales & Market Operations (SMO) and other key stakeholders. 
  • Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products that enhance brand equity and market performance. 
  • Focus strategically on one or more brands, channels, or categories, establishing and achieving clearly defined objectives. 
  • Collaborate and network effectively across immediate teams and broader organizational functions to ensure seamless execution and shared success. 
  • Contribute significantly as a senior individual contributor, guiding strategic direction and executing complex brand initiatives. 
  • Continuously develop and apply advanced knowledge and skills pertinent to current and future brand management challenges. 
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant stewardship requirements, upholding brand integrity and ethical standards.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in category delivery, preferably within a multinational company or the FMCG industry.  
  • Experience in brand management in developing market landscape 
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute complex brand strategies within a team or organizational setting. 
  • Proven experience in identifying, leading, and bringing to market new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. 
  • Extensive familiarity with multiple brands, channels, or categories, including a strong understanding of their distinct market dynamics and consumer bases. 
  • Exceptional collaboration and networking skills, with a track record of influencing and working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. 
  • Prior experience as a seasoned individual contributor, capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision and taking ownership of strategic outcomes. 
  • A strong drive for continuous learning and development, eagerly acquiring and applying new knowledge and skills relevant to brand management. 
  • A deep awareness and unwavering commitment to relevant stewardship requirements, ensuring brand and company compliance.
