Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Office Manager and wider team.
- Assist with project, contracts, HSEQ, estimating and general business administration.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, records and general administrative requirements.
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets and business information.
- Coordinate facility maintenance
- Assist with marketing, events and other business initiatives.
- Support general office coordination, supplies and workplace requirements.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across the business as required.
About You
This role would suit someone who is organised, personable and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment onsite.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in administration, office support or coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist where needed.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence communicating with clients and prospective customers.
- NSW Drivers License and own transport
- Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
