Svelte.js Lead – HTML5/CSS3
Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
– Architect and build scalable, high-performance frontend applications using Svelte.js to meet the evolving needs of our global clients.
– Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping to deployment and performance optimization, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
– Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications, ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and performance benchmarks.
– Optimize application performance by implementing efficient state management, reducing bundle sizes, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Required Skillset :
– Demonstrated expertise in building complex, data-driven web applications using Svelte.js, with a deep understanding of its reactivity model and component lifecycle.
– Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
– Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage team workflows effectively.
– Proven experience in an 8 – 15 year capacity, showcasing a track record of delivering robust frontend solutions in fast-paced, professional environments.
