Design System Lead

Your opportunity:
We’re looking for a Design System Lead to define and drive the strategy, governance and evolution of our multi-brand design system. You’ll enable teams to deliver consistent, high-quality and accessible digital experiences at scale, partnering closely with design, product and engineering. This role combines hands-on system leadership with coaching and collaboration, ensuring our design system accelerates delivery, unifies experiences and supports innovation across platforms.
You’ll make impact by:
- Lead and evolve the TPG multi-brand design system strategy, ensuring quality, consistency and scalability.
- Maintain and evolve design system assets including UI patterns, tokens and patterns ensuring they remain current, consistent, and effortless for teams to adopt.
- Define and uphold system governance.
- Drive best practice in accessibility, component usage and design quality.
What you’ll bring:
- 6+ years in design systems, UI/UX design, product design, or similar roles.
- Leading complex Figma design systems across brands, products and platforms.
- Establishing design governance, standards and documentation.
