Responsibilities

• Ability to manage, design and produce assigned projects from concept to completion
• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
• Ability to translate strategic, conceptual ideas into design experiences
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency
• Professional level knowledge of industry standard design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite.

Must Have Work Habits:

• Self-motivation with strong work ethic
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to present in front of groups
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn and grow
• Video and/or Interactive Experience are a MAJOR PLUS
• Knowledge of Google drive and Internet tools, including Web browsers, project management systems, social media and search advertising platforms, and e-mail programs
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
