Product Designer (UX/UI, Strategy)

This is an opportunity to become the custodian of a mature design system, working closely with Product and Engineering to elevate the quality, consistency and polish of a platform used by thousands of customers. What you’ll be doing

·       Own and evolve the product design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform.

·       Create polished, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on visual craft and usability.

·       Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers and Front-End Engineers to maintain design quality across multiple product areas.

·       Design intuitive user experiences for a complex B2B SaaS platform.

·       Work closely with engineering throughout implementation to ensure designs are delivered to a high standard.

·       Contribute to user research and use customer insights to refine and improve the product.

·       Leverage AI tools to improve your workflow and accelerate design exploration.

About you

You’ll likely bring:

·       5+ years’ experience designing digital products within a SaaS or B2B environment.

·       Outstanding UX/UI and visual design skills, supported by a strong portfolio of shipped products.

·       Experience building, maintaining or evolving scalable design systems in Figma.

·       A strong eye for typography, layout, interaction design and visual consistency.

·       Experience partnering closely with front-end engineers and a good understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.

·       Confidence working across multiple product teams while maintaining a consistent user experience.

·       Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow.
